  sorry its not bullsh1t. its not a requirement to drink 8 cups of water a day. its just recommended. drinking lots of water helps to flush out all the bad stuff in our bodies and this is not the only good thing that water does to your body. if u wanna live a healthy life drink lots of water. i personally drink much more than 8 cups a day.

  I dont know...some ppl claim that drinkg 8 glasses of water a day will clear up your skin- I did that for a month but my skin still breaks out anyway.
  
  I stopped drinkg so much water after that coz I kept going to the loo.

  last time i barely drink any water.. 1 or 2 cups per day, only when im extremely thirsty i take a sip of water..

  My work place very hot leh. If work under chassic lagi worst. From one end walk to the other end like run SOC hor! Heavy industries wor. Change air compressor, change aircon compressor. Change brake pads. Wash carbody 125 meters long. One end of depot to the other end of depot approximately 1.7 km. 3 bottles is nothing.

  I drink a cup or 2 water when i wake up every morning. And throughout the day i will keep drinkin if i'm in the office, but once i go out i will tend to forget. But i believe i drink bout 8 glasses.
