  Buying a resale flat from HDB, we need to fork out 5% CASH and 5% from our CPF to purchase a flat unit????
  
  The 10% not all from CPF mah?

  u can also use the govt grant to pay for ur first 10%

  but one thing about the grants is... once u use it u have to stay in the flat for dunno how many years... think longer than 5 years..

  i must emphasize everything i posted is based on what i heard ppl tell me regardin purchasing of a new/resale unit.
  
  since u're gettin resale. check out the stuff with ur agent?
