Premature White Hair

  Hi,
  
  Anyone knows how to cure premature white hair? I am only 19 but have lots of white hair. From browsing through some websites and hearsay, I understand that there are many things that supposedly cause premature white hair...
  
  Probable Causes: genetics, malnutrition, stress, kidney deficiency (aka 'shen xu' from the TCM perspective), use comp too much, blah blah
  
  Probable Cures:
  
  Chinese herbs such as he shou wu, shu dihuang, black sesame seeds...
  
  Western supplements such as Biotin and Zinc
  
  If you have tried any of these, please share your experience in this thread and also where to get them. I just want to narrow down the probable causes/cures for the condition. Thanks in advance.

  Just dye over it can ? Not a long-term solution though...
