i go to more then 10 interview
only 1 call back for me to go 2nd interview
then nv call again
next time i go interview
i would ask the most obvious question
"are u gonna hire me "
"don't say call then don't call"
"why are u ppl so cb?" -
If you ask those questions, confirm won't call you ever again.

i jus submit application of interest ...
person send me application form 3 weeks ago
tis morning call me 9am ...but i was sleepin..ask me if i received the forms or not
but me lazy liaw...shud i jus feign ignorance that i ddnt get the forms? or jus ignore it till they go away

It's a standard practice. They've to select you out of so many other candidates. Thus they've to see who is more suitable.
