Always,I hear disparaging comments that pro bodybuilders got to that size becoz of their massive intake of steroids.Often a typical comment is like this:"If I just take drugs also,I will become his size." Yeah right,you try taking the same amount of drugs and just laze around at home,you think you will get a pro BB's bod?
A pro BB has to shed tons of sweat to get what he is today.He has to meticulously plan his meals and training. It takes a lot of time and effort.Can you get yourself to wake up at 4am to prepare your breakfast? Can you resist the temptation to party the whole night through? Can you take the crap from your so called friends that you are just a loser coz you tell them you need to sleep 8 hours a day? Can you resist the temptation not to eat nice tasting food? Can you endure the torture of eating utterly tasteless canned tuna for several weeks before a competition?
Kudos to pro BBs for their perseverance,commitment,focus and self-discipline!
