Working part time in a pub

Just wondering how the general condition is like working in pub? I know that every pub has different environment and conditions, but generally:
- How's the hourly pay like?
- Minimum age for them to hire is 18?
- Tipping system (shared?)
Would appreciate it if anyone knows anything 'bout it. -
of cause minimum age is 18, you will need to go past the bouncer before you at least get in for a interview

I was thinking for applying for such a job but I wonder if they'll hire if I'm only able to work on Friday and Saturday nights(but those are the days they're most busy at isn't it). -
pay is anywhr from $6 - $9 depending on whr yr wrking n if its weekday or weekend.
minimum age is 18
tipping is shared at the end of the month n given in shares eqivalent to the hours u wrk, bartenders get a share too... -
Anyone got any detail about gay bars? Supposedly if they take a liking to you maybe they'll tip you secretly and you get to pocket the tips?

Have you ever see 2 guys hugging each other tightly and enjoying the wet kissing? How about 3 men having mess orgy in a ktv room?
