80 Kids Left In The Lurch After Preschool Closes

The Children's Garden Of Learning, run by Macpherson Christian Church, was told by MOE to cease operations as it did not have a licence.
it is mid-way through the year. where can the kids go?
a parent said, "this kindergarten charges only $40 a month while others $90. i cannot afford this. and they are understanding - if we cannot pay, they will give us a waiver or let us pay the following month."
MOE said that kindagartens are registered if they meet the basic requirements in land use, safety, hygiene, teacher qualifications and curriculum.
they have been teaching without a licence for 40 years and nobody complained. so it must be good isnt it?
