  i'd love to have a plate of french toast, couple with some bacons at the side, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and some butter croissants.

  these few days i have a craving for ham and cheese sandwich..

  used to whack
  
  5 egg whites with 2 yolks,
  
  3 slices of wholemeal toast with magarine.
  
  1 glass of protein shake =) with 500ml of milk within
  
  now...
