Slow loading of websites..Wads cause?

Recently my laptop takes longer than usual time to load pages..espeically those with pics n videos...Sometimes loading pics is too slow until i see red crosses on pics, Sometimes webby take so long to load until page cant be displayed....
Wads happening? Is it ISP slow? Spyware? Virus? Router prob? Website prob? -
sometimes it happens.
ever heard the rumour that singnet is getting congested recently? im hearing more and more complaints every day from my friends too. -

I then tried Spyware Doctor, a program rated by many magazines as their top choice, and returned 53 results!
Never trust Norton. I once tried this keylogger i made and Norton tell me it is safe. WTF -

Anyway...norton waste resources. Uninstall le strings of registry still remains. Will take up alot of unnecessary storage.

Something i'm thinking does the connection which we use to connect to our moderm affecting the speed also...
I'm now using a USB port connecting to my moderm.... the speed of loading and the response of the moderm is acceptable to me...
In the past, use to connect using the "Eternal Port" , dunno it i bias or what la. But i find that using that, my response time is like very slow like that compare to my "usb" moderm.
So in the end, i came to his conclusion that using usb to connect the moderm is way better than a eternal cable.
Anyone could confrim this, or it just only me? -

Me also using singnet broadband.. no probs.. me also using norton antivirus.. no probs too...
