Complaint to CASE

hi all,
just curious. if we want to lodge a complain with CASE, what are the procedures and is there any admin charge?
because i pay an amount of money to my private school for some remedial lessons before exams, and now the exams is only 1 week away and they never gave me any call. i went to ask them and they say they lost the form. it also seems that the remedial lessons has been conducted and i'm left out.
when i made the payment, i got get the receipt, so that's very good proof already. now they tell me they'll check things out and get back to my ASAP, but the exam date is drawing near and still no remedial lessons for me even after i've paid. they act blur or what?
i'm very very angry and disappointed loh, somemore it's a very famous and reputable private school in SG.....it's not just the money, but principles.
whoa......u mean, things can anyhow do meh? the counter clerk talk on the phone about personal matters while processing my forms/payment, must be her fault......
if the remedial lessons over already even though i paid, then just tell me lah!
this way i can take action against them, why delay their fate and waste everyone's time? u do something wrong, you own up immediately and not transfer me from department to department, person to person, and tell me how your grandmother forgot to cook steak for you and that's why u made mistake.
i swear i'm not going to let these animals off; i'll take the case to light and make them pay dearly for this kind of shoddy service that treats me like worse than shit-crap.
any advice would help,

although you have proof, all they need to do is to apologize at a later date den refund you the money. all in all, it will be way after your exam.
why don't you ask for the manager or someone at the top's contact, demand to talk to them and threaten to blow things up at case? -

but the manager idea is good; i'll try that, but if they keep insisting their manager busy or don't want to see a no-name like me, then i still cannot do anything.
maybe i should pay XiaXue, Mr. Brown and Mr. Miyagi to broadcast this issue so that the whole SG knows what kind of school this is. -

Ppl should never take advantage of others- esp if it's a bloody SCHOOL.

maybe not related. my friend had some problems with refunding of school fees at sim, which they taiji here taiji there for a long time. bt after i called the customer service and seriously told em wad happened, pointed out their faults, etc, they forward me to the course manager(or something) den settled le. strangely fast.
wanted to use case oso, but din have chance.. my friend told me the lady when she called her dat the refund was approved, the person spoke very hastily, as if she was pissed off becuz of me.
say things like.. "i am very worried/angry/disturbed/etc by this practice, and would like to talk with your.." blah blah. dunnoe why it always work for me.

many times had bad food from irresponsible hawkers /shops ;; eg.one time the fruits stall in novena have improper hygience where they says their refrigeration (then we repair issit ..?) caused their fruits to b sour (stall owners nvr apologise , nvr bother to refund to customers ), we walk away n swear nvr to patronise them again...

write to newspaper also if you wanna blow it up big. and post the name of the school and what happened all over blogs and forums, including overseas.
but i suggest since some time le. give them a last visit or call and tell them that you are going to go to case or take action unless something is done within a day -
I won't recommend posting the name of the school because they might sue you if they really want, over reputation issues. It's a risk. Just tell them that either refund immediately or actions will be taken. Best is to write them a letter and see their reply. yeah lah, but small fruit stall never mind. now it's a reputable school which always boasts it's non-profit somemore. say they take care of their students etc......now this kind of small matter also cannot handle. actually, there's nothing wrong if they misplace the form or they're careless enough to lose it, but the moment i confront them, they should immediately try their best to correct the problem using whatever method they can. somemore, it's not a government school like NUS etc, it's normal to expect crap service at public schools......but it's a private school.....you pay high fees.
it's like : you go to ShunJi Masuo salon to cut your hair and the barber is careless and give you wrong hairstyle until u wanna cry. then, when you confront them, they act blur and still pretend they never hear you....just an analogy here lah.

Straits Times got one section called "Forum" where people usually write their grievances there etc. but i don't think my letter will be lucky enough leh.
i want to see what games they're going to play, until this Sat. if nothing happens, i'll take matter to CASE already.

nah......the school starts with M and all the staff wear red t-shirts. it's their "trademark".
i really regret this crap......should have gone Informatics instead.

latest update......the crap school told me that the lecturer last minute cannot make it and there's a possibility that there might be no remedial lessons, despite us paying the money. if there's really no remedial lessons and they don't want to refund, i'll try to speak to senior management. if they act blur, i'll write to Straits Times(try my luck), post on blogs and everywhere i can find.
this kind of school, despite being one of the most popular in SG, can play this kind of crap really makes me want to throw up.
if they sue me and say i defame them, i'll go to court and show the judge the receipts and documents. the case is so clear-cut and simple, all laid out on the table for the public to see.
if these *******s try to erase evidence and they're caught, u guys prepare to watch re-enactment of NKF : big organisation brought to it's knees.
