Currently trying to make a survey to find out the quality of service in retail industris in sg..(such as robinsons, taka, tangs, isetan)
Can someone help me think of questions to put in the survey? I'm out of ideas already... Thanks

Are you been greeted by staff?
Are you encouraged to browse rather than "May I help you?", "What are you looking for?"?
Did the staff smile with sincerity?
Did the staff thank you for your patronage even you didn't buy anything?
Did the staff WOW you with their service? -

Are you encouraged to browse rather than "May I help you?", "What are you looking for?"? sometimes browsed myself..............sometimes the older staff are nicer....they will approachyou and ask you if you needed help........
Did the staff smile with sincerity? now this statement is something which i think i won't mind..............even if the smile is without sincerity.....so be it.....i am not some sort of HUGE PUSSY cat that needs people to stroke me in the right way al the time.
Did the staff thank you for your patronage even you didn't buy anything?perhaps not that i have encountered this behaviour anywhere.............maybe you could call it rude....but i think its fine even if you don't receive any thanks from the staff
