  CCSÂ’s role is to help Singaporeans who have a good creative business idea to realize their dreams. CCS is able to provide funding, facilitation and helps marketing. It will be a good opportunity for anyone of you to start your own business with CCS help.

  haha, thats not CCS intention. Their sole purpose is really to achieve a more creative economy.
  
  Anyway, i think if people see a business that are profitable, they will start emulating it, not the government right?
