Old people told me before straight hair people is no scary because they are straight..They also warmed me to beware of curly hair one, but refused to tell me the reason

Hair is exposed to sunlight when public hair is behind a piece of cloth. A bit curly acceptable because it bended by your pants, but if all public hair are very curly, then I don't know what to say... -
