why when u sleep more you want to sleep more and more

  sry about the title...but why sometimes when you sleep too much...then you don't feel like getting up anymore? is this what they call lethargy?

  I thought it depends on the stage of sleep u are in when u wake up. I hope someone can explain better. If i remember correctly, at the 1st 2 stages of ur slp, which is light sleep, u will not feel sleepy when u wake up. At the 3rd n 4th stages, deep sleep, u will feel sleepy when u wake up ...

  It's some insulin...hyper insulin(along that line).
