  any1 know hw to create form, which once u keyed in someone's name or a date, all the information will come out just instantly with rest of the datas.
  
  For example, i type below my name: Zombie den all the related info like address, hp, pager all appear.. any Experts here know hw to do it..?
  
  I heard it can be done using "form"... but yet i duno how to do it.. any pros can help me with it.. thx
