What if company does not pay employee's CPF?

from my basic econ knowledge, i guess the business is now what they call 'underground economy'. So exempted from tax and stuff. its like every morning lorry pick up foreign workers for a days work. only that they got a longer period and higher pay. no liability at all, unless someone dies during work.

just an e.g how world class our CPF board are.....
long long time ago.. i was doing a contract job.. then i already told my temp agency i will have go reservist few week after my contract start... they told mi no problem... but when it really happened... they realised as it's an contract work.. the company i am attached to will only pay the number of day i work for...actually... no problem right? as the other few days will be pay by SAF right....
the catch is.... SAF will not pay the employer part of the CPF.. and the other company wont too.. coz i am actually the staff of that temp agency... so they actually told mi.. they will deduct from my pay.. that mean.. i will pay the total or 33% that time i think is 37% lor.. so i KPKB with them....and demand to talk to the boss and complain to SAF about it.... lucky in the end they lan lan pay for mi.. i tihnk the commission of that staff tio cut lor.....
but the high light is this story is that...... when i try to call CPF board to ask and complain.. they actually told mi it's not their problem how we settle it... as long as they receive to FULL 37% or 33%.. they dun care if in my contract the agency write a clause to force to pay for the employer CPF ... as long as i agree they DUN CARE.... knn.. fcuk up

frankly it depends on what is written in your letter of appointment.
if there is no wrongdoing on your part approach the cpf board. -

It stated

Dividends - XXXXX
Total Income - XXXXX
Less: Personal Relief -Earned Income, NS/wife/parent / Provident Fund / Life Assurance
Chargeable income - First 40,000 paid 1000.00, after $40,000 9%
Tax assessed - XXXXXX
Less:Tax deducted from Dividend/Interest
No matter what, if you pay 5 of them the paid, they still needed to pay income tax. The other 5 can avoid paying but declared unemployed?
Chargeable offence right? -
i dun think they will even b bother to check unless u complain. or better still employed all FTs n no cpf

They prefer to use their mouth direct ppl do work while they watch. They dun wanna be the person actually doing it. In fact by directing ppl to do work, tat is work for them and best of all get more pay than the person doing it!!!!
An analogy is like they like to direct porn movies but they don't do it but ask other ppl do it. In the end they get more pay than the actual actors/actresses
