What Misc. Medicine Do You Keep?

some peeps keep first aid kit.. some flirt aid kit.. most ppl keep medicated oils, panandols, around the house for juz in case.
im wondering cuz i went through my med box for painkillers den realise i have everything from dehydration-mixture, to sleeping pills, to an assorted packages of painkillers (non-drowsiness to drowsiness), muscle relaxant, vomit, giddyness, charcoal pills, flu tablets, motion-sickness pills, etc etc. din realise ive so much.
n wus the shelf life for pills? -

I don't keep for more than one year if they are prescribed medicine. God knows how long the doctors have kept them.
But those can buy off the shelves one got write, if never, can keep for about 2 years. -

Dun overstock
Best is if u stock up with a group of frens, each take a couple of the packet (say some medicine comes in packs of 30 or smth, can take 10 ea etc -
speaking of frens, ive a huge bottle of skin moisturizer lotion from a fren who got it from hospital.

I have a lots of lao-sai meds, pain meds, and lately relaxants and sleeping pills.

I keep doxycycline (antibiotic for skin), naprofen (for fever and pain), prednisolone (for severe infection), zytec (for running nose or skin allergy), betametasone (for swollen), fluxetine (for stress and depression), trifluoperazine (for giddy), dimenate (for vomiting) and clarinase (for flu). That's about it.

cos when i buy them,i finish them all in one day too.
i pop pills like candy.

All sorts, even ultracarbon charcoal. Haven't tried that yet though, the colour is such a turn off.

anyway, dun over-rely on medicines when fallng sick, unless u have a major one.give ur immune system a chance to fight.

4. Burnol
5. Bandages and Cottonwool
6. Axe Oil and Siang Oil
7. Antiseptic Wipes
8. Calamine Lotion
