  How Mcdonalds do the egg in their big breakfast? The egg in the big breakfast is nice, anybody know how to make it?

  It's only nice when its not served cold. It used to be soft and fluffy even when its cold, but lately, its like hardened turd when its served cold as well.

  Correct, it's actually liquid eggs, prepacked by another company and kept chilled in a carton (like cow's milk or soya bean milk carton).
  
  Somehow whichever company Macdonalds is using, managed to get their liquid eggs formula right, it does taste pretty good... I like mine with lots of pepper on them.

  Last time don have egg mixture, we use to crack the eggs into a contianer and start to wack them till the egg white/yolk mixes together.

  mac eggs r mixed w water n lotsa food coloring.

  cooking is simple lah. jus watch more cooking shows n jus practise. havg a few frens as guinea pigs is also good.

  well u can always experiment w yrslf 1st. wen u belive its credible enuf bring some of it out wen u meet yr frens. tell them yr jus learng how to cook n giv their vry best n honest opinions.
