Calling all animated gif expert

Dear Experts
I got 2 gifs, One is Nokia, the other is Dropping Petals. I tried using adode image ready, and easy animated gif to combined them as i wan dropping petals on the nokia background, but i failed coz i cant seems to get rid of the petals black background when i paste on the nokia pic
Can anione give me advice?

i cant seem to export it out as .gif file...will this do for the moment...i in a rush...if you need .gif...come back i do for u...

cant, coz friendster cannot accept swf as background

Screencap each frame and piece it into a gif.

actually you can do all these using the correct program and books from the library...
i did mine using flash...get a macromedia studio and some books...and you will be on your way...
