The paper isn't long enough to fold rose.

Are you sure it's just the wrappers only? I thought you use the whole thing. And then just glue it to a poster board or something, to shape the rose.
And who's gonna eat all that chocolates to give you those wrappers?

hocolates are always a nice gift for Mother's Day, but once eaten, there's nothing left of your gift but candy wrappers and an empty box. Try this craftsy way to make beautiful foil roses out of Ferrero Rocher wrappers as a sweet gesture for Mom. 1. Carefully remove the foil wrapper from the chocolate and the brown paper cup without tearing the foil.2. Smooth out the foil by gently rubbing down with a pen on a flat surface.3. Remove the mini sticker and set aside for later.4. Tear an "L" shape into the foil, leaving 3/4" wide strip on one side and 1" wide strip on the other side.5. Flip the foil over, making sure the thicker strip is towards the top.6. Fold up the bottom of the thicker strip to show the gold foil.7. Fold down the top of the thicker strip.8. Now roll the strip into the shape of a rose blossom. This is tough - do a little creative bending and shaping to make the foil look like petals.9. When you're almost at the end of the strip, fold over the edges of the thinner strip to show the gold foil.10. Twist the thinner strip to make it resemble a flower stem.11. Gently shape the petals of the rose with a pen or pencil.12.
