  where the artises will go n check out local food stalls hor....
  
  do they have to call up the hawker in advance to let them know when they r coming, n ask for permission to film?
  
  do they have to pay for the food?
  
  when they interview the hawker on his food etc, is the hawker's speech pre-rehearsed?

  i heard from a dad's friend that "yummy king", the show by michelle chia and adrian pang is actually the hawkers pay to have the "Yummy King" poster on their stalls. those being film are genuine good food and the producers arrange them to be on tv.

  -- usually they wun be asked to pay....can be on tv (free advertising!) why bother abt tt few dollars?

  -- they will be informed of the questions tt the hosts will ask, answers are up to themselves to answer....not scripted by the show producer
