  Oh in tat case, open a DOS window first then run the program... see if that helps.

  the SBAITS0 batch file open can see the blue window, but will close immediately by itself. Anyway the BLASTEF file got any use?

  Try this, make a shortcut of the command prompt on your destop and right click>properties.
