Quarrel At Bedok Library

i was in the Quiet Reading Room at bedok library.
it was rather crowded. 3 old man were sitting on one of the sofas. lets call them A, B and C.
B asked C the meaning of a chinese phrase.
A got frustrated and said, "Shhh, Shhh". B and C probably found him rude and thus decided to ignore him.
A got angry and shouted, "this is a library and this is a quiet reading room. get out! get out!!"
C said, "if you are not happy go complain to the customer service. why must we listen to you and get out?"
A said, "why must i go down and complain? you are the one making noise here."
then A started giving C the middle finger with "fark you" and "cb" for the next minute or so.
B did not say a single word throughout.
A even asked, "what english book are you reading? read for what when you dont even know the meaning of quiet reading room? are you educated? the only thing you deserved are four-letter words."
after a while they all kept quiet and continue reading.
half an hour later before leaving, A started to hurl obscenities at C again.
A's behaviour is disgraceful. it was only a very small matter but he blew it out of proportion. -
which old man were u? a or b?

it is obvious A has an attitude problem. He over-reacted!!! i did not feel disturbed at all. neither did anyone complain. a few ladies left the room immediately when A started hurling obscenities at C. -
