If they still continue to rape/molest, throw them into a truck container full of sex-starved bangalahs for as long as the highest prison term that they need to serve. If still continue to rape/molest and don't repent, invite all the victims to stab him with normal metal meal forks while keeping him alive until the stabbers are satisfied then shower him with acid until he is evaporated completely.

Well, if i think those who rape, they know how to masturbate, and when they are really horny, they dont need any porn books/videos to help. I dont think porn+masturbation can help to reduce rape case. They choose to rape, cos they like to rape rather than masturbation or going geylang for paid sex. They also dont want to go for ONS, or have a stable girl fren to statisfy sexual needs.

Lol sex urge differs in different people. Some come anytime they one (either by imagination or something that arose them). SixSentinels has a point there that by reducing sex urge is to release them. Once it accumulate, its really a crazy drive. Anyway i dont agree that most rapist are like this, they rape due to the addiction the thrill the excitment.
Just my few cent worth of thoughts -
nevermind the motivation. A rapist should have his tools taken away, so I am all for the physical castration, and if necessary, nullification of a rapist upon conviction.
