you can just wander into any computer shop and get one which is like a base for it... has a few fans and is powered by a USB -

i got mine 3 years ago at Funan for about $25.. the shop which sells everything from games to utilities to things like the laptop cooler thing...
i'm sure there are others out there...
if you're using your notebook at home, the best is you wander down to Giant or something and buy a table fan to point at it.. $27.90
