i can only offer one explanation as to why women nowadays seem to dominate over men:
It's RETRIBUTION for over 2000 years of male domination and abuse over women.
now u being men, im sure u can take a couple hundred years more of it or so right? Whats 200 years compared to 2000 right? -

Well, one thing that shouldn't be forgotten despite all statements to the contrary is that the two sexes are different.
Women have PMS (although some men have mood swings just as extreme) and can get pregnant (thank god we don't have to suffer through that. Imagine pushing an eight pound brick through your penis). Two things that work very strongly against them in the work environment.
But in all other factors, they can be as capable as men, as can be seen by the statistics which show increasing female representation at tertiary institutes and in the corporate world. Oh of course there are alot more male top executives, but it is no longer so uncommon to see women holding the top spots anymore. -
I strongly agreed with your point on woman coming up around as leader even in the government. Like German, India and many more..Even Our neighbour Malaysia also have woman as Minister..if no as the premier. We can really see them so daring to stand and lead.Originally posted by kivichio:

for the gp essay, define "weak" first loh. then go from there. cos it all depends on how u define weak.
if we compare women in the past and women now, and we say that women in the past are weaker, most likely we are thinking of financially dependency. so if u go that direction, and argue that women now are "weaker" than men cos they still dun get that same amount of pay for the same work, it sounds fine also.
but if you're talking about ability to support oneself, then i say the odds are equal. -
hahaha... when I see a title like a GP essay, I will only give B.S. cause I don't like to help kids do their homework and stop thinking for themselves and read up material to complete their work.
The value of education is to teach people how to think, and think systematically and search out information when needed. Education failed when people just copy answers and use shortcuts. -
Hey, at least the guy isn't just ripping of a ready made paper from one of those online sites that cater to the ethically-challenged. Two idiots in my school submitted the same paper from the same source. This is bad. I woulod expect the students to be punished cause they did not take their own education seriously.
My school implemented a system. We submit softcopies of our essay to a site. And hard copies to the tutor. The softy copies are run through software that will match all the essays in some database - not sure if its worldwide database. If anything matches about 50 - 60 percent. Its a direct failure - don't even need to take exams. So it was very important to never plagerise. We cannot even just steal a couple of lines.
It was important for the school to unhold its name that they are not curning out lousy students. -
