Actually, what do you mean by cheap? I mean, in terms of prices, cheap can mean the China-made bikes. -
they have good bikes. Bike I got from them more than 10 yrs ago working fine.
Unless looking for like gary fisher and canondale. Then not very sure. -

Cycle Corner along upper thomson road near the junction into springleaf gardens. It's near the Hans Bakery and Leeson convenient store.
There are no labels on the shop, just a bare bicycle store run by a guy called Peter Chew. He keeps 2 stray dogs and you can usually catch him playing playstation inside.
Keeps his shop open right up to 11pm ++. Nice guy. -
