Switch off the computer.
Make yourself a hot cup of milky beverage.
Sip it slowwwwly and do something relaxing like listen to nice music, or just stone away in the living room or bedroom with dim lights.
Relaaaaaaaxxxx then go to sleep! -

It happened 2 me last mth during my exam. The night b4 i panicked n broke out in sweat. So stressed out tat in the middle out the night went to changi airport.Drink some warm milk and play some slow music..Good Luck
