  I have a query on NDAs between the company and employee.
  
  Supposing you work in a game/movie publishing company.
  
  The company usually makes you sign an NDA before the start of a project to prevent leaking out of any news to the media. What are the pros & cons of signing the NDA?
  
  Cons
  - If you break the NDA, the company can terminate or sue you
  
  Pros
  - Are there any?

  Depends on the agreements that's within the contract. You could be taken to court for breaking the contract, or simply being terminated.

  I thought so too. Most of the times there are no pros for the employee in the NDA, other than to keep the job.

  Pros and cons are mutually exclusive.
