There are lah but not all PRCs are arrogant maybe alittle about their country. Loud because of their culture and way things are not because they are what... I think in China everyone talk this way....

There are nice PRC and nice singaporean as well as arrogant PRC and arrogant singaporean. This is the same for the rest of the world. In singapore, PRCs felt tat singaporean, especially singaporean females, does not treat them nice. They do felt that singaporean like to attack their accent in english. They also felt tat singaporean don't like to make close friends with them. In life if we treat people well they will show us their nice side. If we treat them badly they will show us their ugly side.

There is this tee ko prc guy who regularly takes service 72. You'll notice he just keeps ogling girls. At the bus stop, he will not fail to take that little space beside the chio bu. Even if the lower deck of the double decker is empty, he will choose to occupy the seat next to the chio bu. I simply don't understand. Thank goodness for school holidays, NYP girls need not worry about his presence for awhile.

Every where also have good and bad..England also have..bad and good.
Really depended on their culture and personal grooming..I think Heng is very polite...in this case.
