hmm.. as a parent, would you rather your child be having sex at a young age, or would you rather your child be homosexual?
as a parent, i wouldn't mind either.
For sex, I'm fine as long as my child understands the responsibilities of having sex and how to protect him or herself. If he or she is doing it without understanding it, and the consequences which might arise, I'd be unhappy that he or she is engaging in something without understanding the responsibilities and consequences. I would have to make sure he or she fully understands what she is doing and how he or she is responsible, before he or she does it.
For being homosexual, I'm fine as long as he or she has considered it thoroughly, and is sure that he or she is gay because that is who they are, and not because they think its cool or because they wish to follow a trend. They have to be sure they know what it entails, and what they might be getting themself into, and what sort of social prejudice they might face. As long as they are confident about their own sexuality, I will lend them my full support whatever they discover it to be. I will stand alongside them proudly as their parent, against anything that society can throw at them, and love them always.
