leave it to air, oxygen and blood combined will form a hard layer of clot on the wound and u can use ur hand again. of course, dun expose ur hand to dirty stuff these few days, but then haven't encountered such a problem. even ur hand kena mechanical oil (those black black) from repairing also won't cause u to die. just remember to wash regularly.
wait for it to drop off after a while. if it's itchy u noe it's almost, almost healing, so dun peel or scratch yet. -

Your can try hydrocostisone or betamethasone creams on your cuts. Both are steriod creams but betamethasone is slightly stronger.
