Issit true that certain incredient cannot mix together

  Like in the show Jewel in the palace, like certain fish cannot mix together with certain meat or vege or herbs, cant remember the details
  
  the concequences are health problems even though the herbs/food is gd for u but when mix together they have adverse effect
  
  In reality i oni noe cannot drink alchol and eat durian at the same time

  yeah.
  
  when making omelettes, dont open your herb cupboard and add a pinch of everything. especially not a whole table spoon of curry powder.

  yes, cos some react together and gives negative results
  
  eg sodium and water = explosion
  
  sodium and oil = nth much

  so far the most practical example i can think of is the mentos and pepsi thing...havnt heard of ingredients posing as health hazards when mixed inappropriately though...
