anyone uses m1 gprs until $300 plus over?

i am shocked when my bill is $478 dollars...i wasnt aware of the charges and i have to pay as it is my fault not to ask before using...the manager told me she cant waived the charges for me..and the cust svc off she told me i should ask before using the service... this kind is like setting a mine for people to step on....boom...u are dead.....as i use it before and the charges is $7...this teach me a lesson never assume something before it is confirmed.....

That's plain dumb. Used something, did not ask on the charges and still got the cheek to come here and kpkb. So what if there's someone out there is in similar situation? Is it gonna waiver or lighten up your bills?

It's just a painful lesson for you.
Try requesting for monthly installments, that may reduce your financial burden, otherwise, they will issue warning letters and eventually their lawyer's letter. -
I use singtel gprs until 200+ before just by downloading stuffs off gprs sites.

i had the same case with m1 before. they anyhow bill one. suck thumb, and leave after ur contract ends.

regular users of gprs shld sign data plan then bills wun explode. but then, m1's billing works "differently", they're just out to "chu stunt"...
