I would sit there and wait to see if the owner would come by. If the owner is a pathetic looking person who seems to be frantically in need of the money to save lifes, i would return to him. If the person looking for it is a high class arrogant looking SOB, i will keep the money and donate some to charity

most of the time is keep and money and heck, sometimes may return everything except cash.
this kind of thing dun take is dui bu qi urself, cos lost and found is part of life, u may return back but it does not mean ppl will return it to u the next time when u lost something.... take it as something tat happens naturally lah.. if u feel bad just return the cards and stuff so the person dun need the hassle to apply everything again lorr..
borrow stuff or money is different though... that kind is you jie you huan... cos u noe the person... -

take the money and drop the wallet into the mail collection box. Singpost will deliver it back to it's owner's address. -
