  I heard from my friend that he insist of the proper summon from the TP.
  He is dead against giving bribe and they persist for 30 mins before the TP let him go.

  Next time dun give the bugger more than RM50...can bargain one..juz say you have not done yr shopping yet or if you have stuff in the boot...show it to him saying that all the Ringgit used up, take RM10 or 20 or leave it..
  
  Bottom line, MY traffic police take Sg cars like gold mine, they know sure can chiat us..we LL still want to go there..
  
  I got caught sometime last year for making an illegal right turn juz opposite Holiday Plaza and did not see the bugger down the road...so bribed him for RM50 ..
