will red bull cause diabetes? i mean i'm not exactly what you would consider having an active lifestyle so i was thinking since its like so sweet, will consuming 3 cans (recommended intake) a day cause diabetes? referring to those 250ml thai cans.

be careful though .... use only when absolutely neccessary ... the "kick" won't be as strong if you drink it too regularly ... -
worry more about the stimulant effect of taurine-boosted caffeine..
it's not been banned in France and Denmark for no reason

Last time during exam i drank livita. Also very sweet..smth like red bull also. Then during exam always study till early morning..smtimes dun sleep..then go exam..so have to drink livita and coffee. Body feels like a barrel filled with chemical concoctions. Lol. Hmm, i think it's the sweet part which gives u the energy to perk u up...we drink it when we need boost of energy...so i think if u drink it when u need it..then no prob. Drink 1 or 2 250ml bottle enuf la. More than tat...i dun see the point. Lol..

100% pure sugar cane sugar. Plus Taurine. Like no effect on me or effect lasts 10 mins or so.

100% sugar???? you sure???i tot the other time i read the label of these sort of energy drink it was claiming to contain pyruvate.....another energy derivative in the product........anyway i don't take redbull.....i drink lots of tea.......and the caffeine really kicks........makes you more mentally alert....though an overdose of the cafffeine might make you tremble and have heart palpitations......... so everything .....do it in moderation..........
