He says: 'I think we're only a Garden City where it matters. It's basically cleaner and greener in touristy areas like Orchard Road, City Hall, etc. Take a walk in the heartlands and you'll find it ain't so clean.'
twtan thinks we have some way to go too. 'I still see people throwing rice, bread etc... from high up in the blocks to feed the pigeons.'
