  hey, i'm looking to rent a 1 room or 2 room flat around bugis or city hall area...anyone know the price rate and the process of renting ?

  1 room flat is confirm lesser than 80 bucks a month, even at good locations.

  1 room flat is no room, only like 1 big space lidat, with a cramp toilet and kitchen.

  I'm unsure of 2 rooms too. Can check out www.hdb.gov.sg as these rooms can only be rental from HDB itself.

  Are you talking about HDB FLATS or STUDIO APARTMENTS? In any case, I dun think its $80.... I am a property agent anyway who is gonna quit soon hurhurhurhur so I should know the price.....

  I've seen some very old HDB blocks around the Bugis area before, and often wondered whether it's viable to buy or rent a flat there. Would the benefits of living at the heart of the city offset the rental costs and dilapidated facilities?
