NUS business school advertisment, cheesy and boastful?

i'm sure many of you have watched the super cheesy nus business school ad where this girl is so damned happy when she recieved an acceptance letter from nus bus sch(world ranking no.92, which she picked over wharton, chicago and sloan(all 3 of which are in the top 10 ranking) and then the ad claims something like what best and picked by elites blahblah..isn't that kind of an over the top and over-flattering claim for a school ranked 92 to say its better than the 91 other schools or the top 10 for that matter? offer your views!
ok dont bash me, i have a number of friends from nus who agree with me on this also
