Actually I don't give MC just because the woman is having periods...it's only natural to have menses. Prescribe painkillers and ask her to carry on. So maybe she has very painful period sometimes and so give her MC occasionally. If she keeps coming back, there may be an underlying gynaecological condition, then refer her for treatment in the hospitals.
Kengsters tend to run around so that's why many companies only allow them to see their company doctors.
And for the MC kings out there, I routinely call up their bosses to warn them if I see certain employees reporting sick all the time. That's why after a while, their bosses will only allow them to report sick to their company doctors or polyclinics. -

raffles medical cost 'bout 30-49 dollars per consultation, medicines cost a bit expensive too which don't include any 'shots' given than those neighborhood clinics like ler's.
after one such visit, i still got my running nose leaking like a running tap.
