Help Needed: HDB Property Type for 4 Room Flats

  Hi,
  
  I am looking at getting a 4 Room HDB flat. Did a search on the various property sites and were hit by the various jargon on the model/property type. Can anybody help to give an overview on the differences between these model/property type, in terms of ave floor size, room layout, window layout.. etc that I need to know. Best if there is a website that I can refer to. The jargons I got from searching are as below
