What's your increment after your probation period....if any....

increment 200 , then yr end another 200. all within half year.

no increment after probation for me....the pay they give is already high....just have annual increment, performance bonus...13th month pay is also included inside the salary

boss comfirmed me in 1.5 months...
but i told boss i wanna quit after 6 months into the job...
and he gave me $300 increment asking me to stay...
stayed for another 6 months before i decide to upgrade myself...

Govt job best. You go in paper big no worry your career path is paved. When time not up no need so hardworking. When time is up say 3 years time frame work hard to secure your next promotion.
Bonus no worry everytime tv news will report civil servant get how much. It is almost recession proof. You go in paper big annual leave 21 no big paper is 14 and work longer years of service is 28 and then 21. Then got 30 days MC and 30 days hospitalization. Then got maternity leave 3 months. Cool so good benefit who don't want?
Compared to Malaysia I can say Spore civil servant are paid quite a lot!!!! So sporeans wanna be civil servant please prepare a big paper preferably NUS or NTU then can see go in or not

Me got $200 increment after confirmation (i year)...
Thereafter it's about $100 per year...But bonus is GOOD (5 months, including 13th month)....
But still pales in comparison to petrol companie slike Shell...Heard their basic damn high, and bonus even highet than mine...

MNC especially American is well known to pay well and give fat bonus. This trend has been around since my parents era. It is about the same still today. The only downside to these MNC is they will not hesitate to close down operations in Singapore and move on to other places. Then they start to retrench. They are much more mobile compared to local Spore entrenched companies. So joining them has to be prepared they close shop in Spore and move out scenario -
