I quitted today, the following is the letter i emailed my boss(really)
Good Morning Mr xxxx /Mr xxxx
Attached is my offical letter of resignation, dated 2 June 2006. Reasons being
Delay In Pay increment: Not being able to increase the current salary to xxx is understandable. To have to wait longer just to get xxx when i have been confirmed is contradictory. What is the point of confirmation then?? Contrary to what you bosses may think, either xxx or xxx is not alot. Consider the fact that in a other offices, my role has to divided into: shipping coordinator,purchaser,admin. That may total up to 4k or more!
Nosy colleagues: All i did was raise my voice slighty louder and i got some nosy people complaining. She had signaled me to continue my conversation elsewhere and i did. The office space is small, a small bit of noise seems obvious.
Job roles: Why did a half xxxx person have the authority to interview to-be employees??? What kind of experience she had???
Other than the above reasons, xxxx is relatively a not bad place to work and the bosses are nice to employees.

i'm thinking about leaving. the management is totally screwed up now after a capable manager who used to run almost everything left.
i'm happy with the pay although traveling to work took much time. i'll see how it goes, will make up my mind by end of the year. -

I used to work in a very small office with no windows and only 1 door in my previous job. The reason I quit is because I am noticing that the boss and everyone else is breathing louder and faster, can you guys see a hideous evil plot here? No? Ok, I am suspecting that their plot is to breath in everything and deprive me of oxygen, they want to kill me and treat it as a natural death case, arghhhhh am I paranoid!!!!!!!!!

Past reasons for quitting include: refused to work for slave-driver/ no substance and/or unfair boss (pls pick one ), or the more unusal reason - cannot fit in oppressive regimental structure (altho' the boss was nice and funny).
