the basic rule of ping hu is you must always wait for at least 2 different tiles at one time.
chee more is the only exception. -

if u got no flowers or animals it will be 4 fan....if u got flowers or animals it will consider as chao peng hu which is 1 fan...den u can add watever flowers belonging to u or any animals u hv to add onto ur 1 fan for chao peng hu....
