WMV to VCD... how? please help

I have a WMV file. I would like to convert it to VCD and burn it so that i can play in my VCD player.
how ah? please help.

the best way to burn a wmv to vcd file to to ask someone else to do it for you witha price....if u wan me to help the price is 50 dollars...any price lower than that dun waste my time go ask someone else...mayb can get it done for free

the Nero solution is good. I downloaded it and it worked perfectly.
Now i converted all my video files to VCDs. And can play them on my VCD player liao.. .. -

ahhh......i think cnet.com might have the ans to your question......just check into their website and type into their search engine wmv to vcd........they might have the software for you........sometimes it might be free....sometimes it isn't.....anyway.......
