How to make myself PES B when i am now PES D

ECG heart minor abnormal
then go do ultra sound
haven see doc regarding the ultra sound
lets say if doctor say my heart no problem
then how to make MO believe that i am fit for PES B
i know that pes D doesn't means u confirm getting pes C or E
anione got ani experience before ?
y i want pes B instead of C and E is not because i am garang or watever
i just want to be normal
don't want next time tell ppl i did not cheong sua before
and i no need RT
