Does ur kidney/waist area hurts while drinking gain weight

  I m now drink GNC 1850 coz i need to gain weight of course. My fren who drank it says his kidney/waist area hurts after several days of drinking so he stopped.
  
  I laugh at him. Now i got the same problem. Damm scared sia. I also stopped for now.
  
  Anione has the same problem?

  Please drink lots and lots of water. You should have known.
  
  Supplements makes kidneys work harder.
