I am Codename4 and I believe you guys still remember me. I was the poor guy who spent my fortune in fighting a case of molest on two counts in a domestic court with my married lady subordinate and got acquitted. I had to sell away my honda accord and lost my job. Now, I just settled down in my new job in a local bank and hopefully, save up enough $ to hop oversea. How I got acquitted.. well.. the bitch amended her statements no less than 4 times and I was so lucky that her last, confirmed statement regarding the time of the molest was proven to be a lie as I happened to be having supper downstair in the 24 hour food centre nearby my office. There are even video cams evidence to prove my case. PHEW!
After my story was aired here in this forum, many reporters, a few local and many overseas, wrote to me, asking for interviews. I didnt want to relive the 2 years mental torture in waiting for the legal battle to start and end. Therefore, I rejected all interviews for the sake of my aged mum, which has been staunchly supporting me financially and emotionally.
Anyway, a lot of thanks to the kind reporters who emailed me for interviews. I really appreciate your concern.
My mum scrimped and save for my $ when I was down. Now I made her rest at home while I slog 20 hours a day working in the office, even during weekends. I was shrewd enough now not to make my female subordinates stay behind to work with me. Therefore, i had to work doubly hard. Photocopying, binding etc, I had to do all the administrative matters myself at nights and weekends in the office. I have no regret.
My wife left me for another man in the midst of the trial I miss her terrribly and tears just flow uncontrollably down my cheeks on a daily basis when I think of what happened. . Currently, she is married to a rich guy but she has been complaining that he flirts around often and returns home in the wee hours of the night. She told me many times on the phone that she prefers life with me and regrets leaving me at times. I told her to forget about everything and just move on. I will never get married again.
I am writing this email becos over the weekend, I drop by a pub along Mohd Sultan road and was so saddened to see the many potential bombs that could happen to the young men there. Young undergraduates or NS guys etc. They were flirting around with the girls, touching them here and there and many of them are strangers whom they barely know. I was so flabbergasted when my new young collegue of 23 year old left in a taxi with a dead drunk young 20 year old pretty chio in a cab to the hotel, leaving the rest of us there. That scene prompted me to spend some time ( i skipped lunch ) to pen this email as a warning to guys out there about the potential dangers of offending girls and hanging around with them without other witnesses.
I was lucky that electrontic evidence depicting my innocence bailed me out. I was concerned and ready not to let other guys get involved in a similar plight as me. As for the lady bitch who falsely accused me, she is now trying to settle out of court with me on a hefty defamation suit...( to be continued ) -
Trust me guys... Taking your own lives when you are involved in these sort of criminal cases are all too common. I respect myself immensely for preserving my life. There are times when one of my legs is already high out and OUT of the balcony in the middle of the night while my mum is sleeping soundly in her room.
Call me a coward if you want but I chickened out of taking my own lives twice this way. It is not the fear of height or death that cause me to chicken out. It is the fear of my mother 's worsening health conditions. If I were to go to heaven ( which I believe I will since I am downright innocent ), what is gotta happen to my aged mother? The PAP government is not going to take care of my mum for goodness sake since they are unrelated.
I was dead glad that I didnt take my lives. I now had the last laugh with witnessing the bitch who lied get involved in a deadly defamation suit in which I am launching currently.
When I first broach my plight in this forum, a few like-minded individuals who are in the same plight with me wrote to me. I wished them well. If you are one of those who had emailed to me to share your story and your innocence, please do feel free to give me an update if u want. I will try my best to help as I am currently helping one other young gentleman in a civil suit. -
Hey its great that u have triumphed over the odds & willing to stay on.
I may not be as strong as you are if i were in your case.
As for the woman defaming you she is not different from a slut trying to fleece guys money out of the lawsuit....
i think the law here should take consideration into looking both sides in priority rather than the women first for the molest issue.... -
