Worth it to buy medicines across the Causeway?

  at JB its cheaper there and whats more u can get medicines that require doctor's precription in singapore...say if a doctor presricpt u a medicine u can choose to buy a stronger alternative to heal faster?
  So is it better to buy it across the Causeway at the end of the day?

  yes, it's cheaper to buy if u're going to do so in bulk...
  
  and no, dun go for stronger doses or alternatives unless u've been cleared by the doctor...
